What you'll do:

  • You will be part of the International IT Demand and Operation department and you will report to the International IT Demand Manager;
  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in challenging projects and activities which can lead to an effective development of the retail and online businesses;
  • You will give constant support to the International business teams in order to detail their needs and priorities in relation to all the Management Systems projects;
  • You will follow the progress of the assigned projects by reporting critical issues, delays, possible improvements in collaboration with the business and with the IT teams;
  • You will monitor how IT projects are put into place properly doing periodic project meetings;
  • You will facilitate the efficient of the working dynamics and synergies between the International Online Business areas and the IT factories;
  • You will support International business area in the user requirements writing process (CRM system, IVR, Phonia, Master Data Management, Procurement system, Datawarehouse) in order to give to the IT factory a document which describes all our needs.
  • You will support Retail and Online Business team and the Test factory during the User Acceptance Test process;
  • You will perform preliminary studies of the feasibility of the projects in collaboration with IT architects.

Who you are:

  • You have strong and solid knowledge, experience and expertise in CRM, Phonia, Master Data Management and Datawarehouse systems;
  • Your ability for analysis, good relations and communication are strong and visible;
  • You have at least 23 years of experience in equivalent positions and a previous experience in the management of Management Systems projects (CRM and DWH);
  • You have curiosity, flexibility, aptitude to work on several projects at the same time;
  • You are proactive and dynamic, goaloriented, selforganized;
  • You have enthusiasm, passion for your work, attention to detail and deep analytical and problem solving skill.
  • You know how to manage stressful scenarios and how to manage your energies;
  • You have basic knowledge of the Jira tool and of Service Now.
  • You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Solid and proven knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite;
  • Proven proficiency of both spoken and written Italian and English; French will be a plus.
