This role is in the UPS Healthcare Italy division which operates in the pharmaceutical logistics and distribution market, shipping from Passo Corese (Rome area) and Somaglia (Milan area).

FUTURE YOU promises strong technical _performance_**Can you prove you possess a strong labor know-how, the right analytical skills and excellent problem solving techniques to support the Operations Transportation Department in identifying business issues and improving processes, ideating innovative solutions?

In the role of Transportation Specialist you will provide a direct support to UPS Healthcare governance in defining portfolios metrics, target KPIs and helping Management to take strategic decisions on Cold Chain Transportation network (e.g. fleet development and customers implementation).

We're offering a permanent contract to a skilled worker who wants to take the responsibility to help UPS Healthcare in performance monitoring, both qualitative and quantitative, through CRM tool aimed to better positioning Healthcare business transportation market, to support workforce sales operations, to improve economics and reducing inefficiencies.

What you'll do

Quantitative/Qualitative analysis to support/monitoring Sales, Pricing & Operations Plan Process (Volumes Forecasts, End-Month Closing procedures, New Business Development);
Support Customer Service and Operations in day to day transportation related issues;
Tesi Square Platform management and control;
Carriers interface and supplier relations;
KPI analysis and monitoring for carriers/clients.
Support new clients implementation
Support setup and growth of new domestic and international lanes

What you'll need

A previous experience as Data Analyst in complex organizations, preferably in Logistics, Pharma or Retail Transportation;
Knowledge of Cold Chain/Transportation networks is a nice to have;
Education: Preferably degree in Economics or Statistics Engineering;
Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Data Analysis / BI tools;
Willingness to selfdevelop, continuously learn and to attain knowledge on how we operate
Be a social skilled person who can network within a large scale matrix organization;
Ability to work independently both in identify solutions to problems and prioritizing asks;
Business proficiency in English;
Open to travel for business trips.
