E2E planner (fixed-term contract)


The E2E Planner builds the interface between the local demand teams, regional organization, and the supply sites with the key aim to ensure stock availability of the right products to the right locations at the right cost. Ensures a precise, timely and accurate communication of all relevant information to the key partners in the Johnson & Johnson organization.

What will you do

Key responsibilities:

  • The E2E planner is a key player in the S&OP cycle. Reviewing NR variations on a weekly basis and being the link between demand, supply, and production.
  • Responsible for the execution of Inventory strategy defined by the regional team being accountable for reaching targets and avoid/reduce SLOB.
  • Run scenario planning to ensure the right capacity is allocated to the portfolio of reference based on net requirements handover and plays an active role in the roughcut capacity plan.
  • Scan and identify potential supply constraints (capacity, materials, etc) and support management and relevant stakeholders with appropriate scenario planning to enable the right decision making
  • Participate in the weekly STEM/Interregional calls (where applicable) with Affiliates and ensure clear and timely communication about market requests/constraints. Bring escalation to regional team to align on the action plan.
  • Monitor the PLAN master data and ensure its integrity and correctness.
For OOR supply, complies with needed Master Data activities:

maintaining CMIR tables between regions, synchronizing mater data across regions (LT, MOQ) and ensuring product catalogue dates are maintained correctly.


  • Review leadtimes and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) with key partners to improve supply flexibility
  • Support the yearly Business Plan activity for the dedicated portfolio
  • Be an integral part of SC projects with key PLAN activities such as:
  • Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) & Product Changeovers.
  • Take part in (Re) design projects to optimize the endtoend product and information flow.
  • Constantly strive to identify improvement initiatives in own portfolio of products and suppliers in an endtoend mindset.
  • Responsible for the MPS and capacity management for the lines in the portfolio
  • Responsible for the optimal scheduling for the SKU in the portfolio, respecting customer requirements and inventory policies, avoiding any unnecessary production inefficiency
  • For OOR supply, maintain and enter ASN information in SNC for shipments to the US to ensure seamless import process and no demurrage

Qualifications:


What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

  • Master or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business economics, Operations or related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years experiences in Supply Chain Planning (Demand or Supply) and ideally in another related Supply Chain field such as Procurement, Manufacturing or Logistics. Plant planning experience is a plus
  • Has experience in working within a regional matrix organization and virtual multinational teams.
  • Strong communicator/influencer with the ability to drive decisionmaking concisely across the different levels of the organization.
  • Consistent track record of challenging the status quo and adapting to change, taking advantage of opportunities to have a positive impact and properly manage risks in accordance with the highest standards of quality and compliance
  • Understanding how own work impacts the enterprise/E2E SC and use this understanding to make effective decisions and take actions
  • Able to prioritize within a complex and dynamic business environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate large amounts of information leading to sound conclusions for effective decisionmaking.
  • A positive minded Teammate that can positively influence the organization and inspire others.
  • A dynamic and selfstarter personality, willing to focus and commit even in periods of high workload.
  • APICS certification strongly preferred
  • Very good working knowledge in SAP R/3 and SAP APO
  • Experienced user of MS Office, especially strong Excel capabilities are required.
