    YOOX are now seeking a talented
    MarTech Solution Manager to join the Digital Marketing division.

    Working Model: Hybrid

    Contract Type:     Permanent

    Potential Start Date:     May 2026

    Role Purpose:    The MarTech Solution Manager will be the bridge between Marketing, Retail, Tech, and Data teams.

    This role will own the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of our global marketing technology stack, while maintaining the agility to lead high-impact, one-shot tactical campaigns.

    The role mission is to ensure that our tools work seamlessly together to create a frictionless, data-driven customer journey, while being ready to "get your hands dirty" in the tools to drive immediate results during peak moments.


    Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:Experience with AI-driven marketing tools.
    Previous experience managing "war rooms" during peak retail seasons.
    Ability to switch from a high-level architectural discussion with IT to campaign execution for Marketing.


    CRM/Automation:

    Hands-on experience with Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze


    Analytics:

    Deep knowledge of GA4, GTM, and specifically Server-side tagging. Proficiency in SQL for complex audience segmentation.


    Integration Skills:

     Solid understanding of APIs and how data moves between cloud systems.
