To achieve this bold goal we're looking for a
Sr.

Financial Analyst to support our Commercial & Development operations in one of our largest & most successful sterile injectable sites in Monza, Italy.

The position reports to the Sr. Finance Manager, provides business partnership to several key functions with focus on Production, Procurement, Engineering, Technical services and PPI. Overlooks at operations involving more than a thousand employees & generating Revenues in excess of $450M.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for monthly reporting and forecasting on inventory, obsolete, absorption, MUV, PPV, Delta-P, utilities spending and cost saving initiatives.
  • Consolidate, report, and analyze periodend P&L results and other key metrics of the business unit; recommend accruals to ensure accurate reporting, identify anomalies and propose remediation actions.
  • Develop, standardize and improve regular analyses and reports to share business and financial insights and support monthly /quarterly /annual forecasting process (i.e. support MBR, QBR, AOP, etc.)
  • Promote preventive and corrective actions on the key competency areas, and support improvement initiatives, with active involvement in multisite focus groups.
  • Partner with the other Business Units finance representatives, with project managers, manufacturing, and other functional areas to develop and track operational performance.
  • Act as Business Partner for AOP, forecasting and cost saving initiatives.
  • Lead cross functional projects such as the yearly Product Costing review.
  • Lead enabling functions performance via spending scorecard (cost centers spending), tracking CAPEX & other key investments; independently investigate data issues and/or information given, ask pertinent questions and identify root causes, collaborate with functional business partners and system support to improve data quality.
  • Review key balance sheet metrics.
  • Be the Contact point for Regional and Corporate stakeholders, and for internal/external auditors for the competency areas (SOX, internal and external auditors).
  • Participate as Finance Leaders in practical process improvement (PPI) projects and develop the ability to communicate and illustrate accurate financials analysis to management.
  • Provide adhoc analysis as required by Finance leadership on nearterm business decisions and update dashboards and other business intelligence tools
  • Proactively learn and adopt both Company existing tools and new systems to improve analytics capability and accuracy.
As a member of the FP&A team, this experienced Sr.

Financial Analyst will create significant value for the dedicated Business Unit, helping to drive growth, improve productivity reducing complexity and improving clarity for the division's results.


Requirements/Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 8+ years of relevant Finance work experience in a Manufacturing Company
  • Having passions and being curious to business
  • Solid finance professional knowledge and strong in financial reporting
  • Ability to lead multifunctional projects
  • Ability to work with management at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to lead multifunctional projects
and to identify control weaknesses in existing process recommending mitigation actions

  • Excellent analytical and modeling skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, BI Tools is a value added
  • System knowledge (SAP, HFM, Hyperion) is a plus
  • Fluent English is required
  • Limited travel involved, less than 10% of total time
