    What you'll do:
    Our Consulting Associate Directors are responsible for high-level project delivery and oversight along with client relationship management.

    You will manage teams, and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.


    You will:
    Lead in the delivery of strategic IT consulting engagements, for clients across multiple industries, helping to develop outstanding solutions to their Mission Critical Priorities

    Work across our range of solutions ("Digital Growth & Transformation", "Application, Infrastructure & Security Modernization", and "IT Sourcing & Spend Optimization"), and continue to develop a strong understanding of these topics.

    Identify and develop solutions and recommendations using independent judgment concerning engagement areas being reviewed.
    Lead research, interviews and presentations for clients (executive and/or board level)
    Lead in coordinating and communicating the results of engagements via written reports and oral presentations to client management and key stakeholders
    Work with CxO to build relationships and develop/deliver solutions that shape the future of their organisations

    What you'll need:
    Experience working with multiple IT solutions with clients in multiple industries
    Lead in the delivery of strategic IT consulting engagements, for clients across multiple industries, helping to develop outstanding solutions to their Mission Critical Priorities

    Work across our range of solutions ("Digital Growth & Transformation", "Application, Infrastructure & Security Modernization", and "IT Sourcing & Spend Optimization"), and continue to develop a strong understanding of these topics.

    Consulting Experience Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a strategy and project delivery capacity.
    Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst preferred
    A consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities of commercial or government entities
    An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal
    Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems. Must adapt Gartner frameworks and methodologies to strike at the heart of a client's most pressing business challenges
    An ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
    Expertise with strategic consulting frameworks;
    Excellent people skills and customer relationship track record;
    Experience in developing client business relationships as part of a commercial organisation;
