    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Event Promotion and Planning: Develop and promote dedicated event offers, highlighting the uniqueness of the Resort, to ensure successful events and customer satisfaction.
    2. Daily Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with direct customers and intermediaries to create custom event solutions and confirm contracts.
    3. On-Site Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and supervise events, ensuring seamless execution.
    4. Weekly Meetings and Event Orders: Elaborate Banquet Event Orders and conduct weekly meetings to inform departments about upcoming events.
    5. Logistics and Coordination: Organize event logistics, collaborating with F&B, Front Office, Booking, Golf, and other involved departments.
    6. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
    7. Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections to ensure event readiness.
    8. Cost Accounting: Manage event cost accounting.

    Requirements:

    1. Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an Events Executive in luxury hospitality or event organization agencies.
    2. Project and Time Management: Excellent project and time management skills.
    3. Soft Skills: Empathy, listening skills, adaptability, precision, attention to detail.
    4. Language Proficiency: Outstanding communication skills in Italian and English (verbal and written).
    5. Customer Relations: Excellent relational skills with national and international customers, focusing on problem-solving.
    6. Organizational and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work in a team, excellent organizational skills.
    7. Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of PMS and CRM systems.
    8. Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays; possession of a valid driving license (B).

    This position is based in Florence, Italy. Staff accommodation is available upon request. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Possession of a valid work permit for Italy is required.
