Client Description:

For an innovative and dynamic reality active in Financial Services we are looking for a Fraud & Credit Systems Specialist.

You will implement the overall Fraud Strategy reporting to the Manager.

You will follow, alongside other members of the underwriting team, the manual execution of policies and procedures not automatically processed in the fraud system.

In addition, you will support the implementation of changes within the fraud and credit engines, via the usage of the knowledge acquired across the group and with the supplier as required.

You will also support the manager in ensuring the fraud policies and processes are continuously optimised to deliver the business within the fraud budget by optimising accept and automation rates whilst minimising fraud losses and costs.

In addition, the design, contribution to the upkeep and management of the policies and strategies within the engines are required.

Supporting the definition, evolution and monitoring of the overall fraud strategies for the business
Executing and monitoring the digital fraud strategies.
Contributing to the optimisation and evolution of the strategy.
Executing manual antifraud control activities
Managing preventionrelated actions in retail financial services
Delivering the monitoring, reporting and insights required by the business to communicate the fraud performance of the business
Seeking new data sources, models, technology or other means to optimise the fraud strategies
Managing all changes into Accertify & Provenir
Testing of changes pre live
Reporting and monitoring of the systems
Document system decisioning processes

Prerequisites

2 to 5 years experience in managing consumer fraud by both digital and manual means
Experience of the Italian credit / fraud market
Creative and curious mindset that will enable to support the creation of fraud strategy to be designed for a day 1 launch, without past data.
Startup and entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility and a handson approach
A deep rooted passion for the design, management and adaptation of decisioning engines, experience using Accertify and/or Provenir a specific advantage
Strong communication skills, preparing and presenting proposals for improvements
Being collaborative even across geographic jurisdictions
Good Command of English (Fluency would be an asset)
