    AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Assisting in building remuneration packages for expatriates (calculation, cost estimate and implementation)
  • Participating to the entire expatriation process
  • Direct support to expatriates on diverse issues (immigration, relocation, health coverage, return trips etc.)
  • Participating with the rest of the International Mobility team on projects
  • Relation with external providers
  • Application of the EssilorLuxottica International Mobility policy

    • NETWORK OF INTERACTION:

    INTERNAL : HRBPs, Payroll, Comp&Ben, Controlling team, Procurement, Employees

    EXTERNAL : servie providers for tax, immigration, relocation, health insurance

    TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:

  • Educational Background: Economics, Business administration, International Management, Languages for business, Languages.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Solid experience with MS Office (in particulat excel and powerpoint)

    • LANGUAGES:

    Italian

    English

    Any other language is a plus (in particular French)
