The company:


Our client, an independent and outstanding leader in Cybersecurity - with the mission of protecting private and public organizations increasingly dependent on digital technology from cyber attacks - is seeking a
Security Operations Center Manager - SOC Manager - to join its Italian Information Security Team.


The role:


As part of its Security Operations Center, you will play a key role in helping customers more effectively monitor, detect, respond and remediate threats.


Your missions:


  • You will help the customers to define and improve their security strategy, managing the security programme with the Security as a Service (SECaaS) organization
  • You will manage the Secaas service through appropriate governance: COPIL, technical committee, security committee, reporting, service reviews, etc.
  • You will oversee the development of services by adapting them to clients' requirements
  • You will manage communication with clients, teams and partners
  • You will contribute to the development of mySOC services and offerings
  • Business development activities: you will showcase the company's services, measure customer satisfaction and track actions

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of technical security experience, with 5+ years of experience leading cyber incident response teams or security operations within large corporate organizations
  • Exceptional operational rigor with extensive realworld experience leading and responding to large scale, complex incidents
  • Strong understanding of incident response processes, workflows, communications and reporting
  • Knowledge of digital cybersecurity and data privacy laws (ISO, PDIS, NIS, PASSI, PRIS, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a real knack for customer relationship management
  • Very good communication skills in English and Italian (mandatory)
