Customer Success Agronomist

Your key responsibility will be to guarantee maximum satisfaction for our clients and partners in Italy. This includes several essential tasks:

• Preparing, organizing, and delivering training sessions in-person or remotely for agricultural experts.
• Accompanying agricultural experts in the field to ensure they fully utilize our mobile application.
• Providing customer support through phone and email, gathering user feedback, and notifying our development team of any bugs or usability issues.

You will also maintain relationships with our various clients and partners by managing access, updating databases, performing translations, monitoring expert network activity regularly checking data quality. Additionally:

• You will participate actively in improving products and developing new services based on your expertise.
