You will be part of the footwear and leather goods quality department and will report directly to the Balmain W&M Accessories Quality Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Ensure field presence with regular visits to suppliers and subcontractors
Ensure that Balmain's quality requirements are respected by the suppliers and the manufacturers
Proceed to quality control tests on Balmain LLG and shoes / sneakers
Support suppliers in production starts and check preseries
Ensure compliance with quality standards, established production and delivery times by monitoring and supervising every phase of the manufacturing process for finished footwear and leather goods products
Report issues in a timely manner to the company's control structures

Profil:

You have 5+ years of experience in similar missions in the luxury / fashion sector

You are familiar with the main development steps for footwear and leather goods

You are willing to travel within Italy

You have a good knowledge of Excel and you are fluent in English

You are determined, autonomous and you have strong organisational skills

You are results oriented, flexible, you like working in a team and you are passionate about luxury
