Position Summary

The Student Coordinator position is part of the Atlantis team and allows you to have the unique opportunity to contribute to the continued success of Atlantis's mission while also working within the broader CEA CAPA community.

Responsibilities

As a City Manager (Student Coordinator), you will be responsible for managing all things logistics, planning extracurricular activities, and ensuring a seamless in-country implementation of program activities and exceptional student experience.

Pre-Program Responsibilities:

• Complete required online and in-person training in Alicante, Spain
• Collaborate with the Senior Operations Team to review program details and logistics
• Coordinate with hospital, housing, meal, and excursion providers to organize & finalize arrangements of your programs

During Program Responsibilities:

• Lead in-country orientation for students and ensure smooth logistical operations
• Organize and coordinate transportation, excursions, meals, hospital shadowing rotations, and accommodations
• Oversee program budgets and manage on-site funds, payments, and receipts

Post-Program Responsibilities:

• Complete offboarding tasks, including expense reporting and financial reconciliation
• Collect and submit feedback forms based on program experience and your interactions at Atlantis

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proficiency in English and Italian with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate groups, particularly in international settings
• Experience working with college students and faculty, ideally in education abroad or related environments
