    We are looking for a Contract Manager based in Italy. As a Contract Manager, you are expected to support accountable business partners in mastering contractual challenges at all stages of the sales process in close cooperation with Legal Counsel and Sales team.

    How to contribute to our vision

    Contract Manager will analyze and comment on tenders, contracts and contracts related documents and gives proactive advice. The responsibilities include the analysis of contractual risks that may impact business results, supporting internal business assessment process and checks compliance with other internal guidelines and / or processes.

    You will also..

    · Support in contract negotiations with the customers and in formulation/implementation of negotiation strategy.

    · Ensure execution of the internal sales process.

    · Ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance with external regulations.

    · Develop, implement and regularly review the claim strategy with regards to customers, sub-suppliers and partners together with project management.

    · Capture internal data related to the signed contracts and prepares presentations and analysis.

    · Contribute to standardization of contracts/ offer templates and improvement of the sales processes.

    What you need to make a difference

    The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Law. We are ideally looking for a legal background or a technical background with previous strong experience for at least 3 years in contract management/negotiation. Having experience in the wind sector is considered as a plus.

    The ideal candidate should also:


    • Have sales skills in order to approach technical solutions to customer needs and ability to execute for results with an international mindset


    • Be business oriented, initiative, pro-active


    • Have strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset and teamwork oriented


    • Have ability to work under a multicultural business environment with integrity and maturity


    • Have strong influential capabilities and negotiation skills


    • It is important that you are fluent in English, written and verbal. Fluency in French is a plus.
