The Role
The Activities
- Benchmarking, gap analysis, proposal and definition of improvement plans, programmes, initiatives and any other activities aimed at guaranteeing the group's adherence to international CSR best practices.
- Implementing the sustainability reporting system and preparation of sustainability reports, for each individual Brand and for the Group.
- Supervising the participation in public tenders for subsidized finance instruments and/or subsidized programs such as Industry 4.0 and the Sustainable Growth Fund.
- Developing a model to measure and monitor our Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions.
- Implement Circular Economy guidelines for new product development.
- Preparing decarbonisation strategies to achieve netzero in 2050.
- Supporting the definition of objectives in line with the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).
- Identifying and quantifying the financial impact of the risks and opportunities associated with Climate Change.
- Manage (functionally) a team of CSR managers and coordinators across all Brands of our Group.
- Disseminating the culture of sustainability and
raising awareness of the issue among the various company stakeholders.
Education and experience
- Economics or Engineering university degree;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role either in a leading specialized consulting firm or in a highend brand (design, fashion, etc.) working on sustainability issues;
- Knowledge of primary ESG issues, the main guidelines for drafting sustainability reports, international principles and management models in the field of sustainability, and the definition of models for measuring economic, social and environmental impacts.
Required skills
