Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cross Country Pipeline EPC Project Manager to lead one of our projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and supervision of all construction activities, ensuring timely completion and meeting contractual commitments.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, including attending project meetings and collaborating with top management.
• Monitor project resources and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare detailed reports, consolidating progress and highlighting areas of concern.
• Oversee project performance in terms of scheduling, cost, quality, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirements.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Identify potential contractual changes and negotiate with clients to secure fair pricing variations.
• Anticipate client needs and develop effective solutions.
• Support procurement and engineering teams.

Requirements

• PMP certification as a Project Management Professional.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; Italian language proficiency is a plus.
• Minimum ten years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven track record in EPC pipeline projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to motivate teams and manage personnel effectively.
• Superior organizational skills.
