    connecting utility-scale renewable energy plants to the electricity grid (MV/HV). You will be
    responsible for evaluating connection solutions, interfacing with grid operators (DSO/TSO), and
    providing technical support for the electrical design of the plants.
    Key Responsibilities
    Manage engineering activities related to MV/HV grid connections, including feasibility studies and assessment of connection options
    Perform preliminary technical and economic analyses to identify the most effective grid connection solutions
    Liaise with grid operators (e-distribuzione, Terna) to obtain grid connection terms and conditions
    Review and validate technical documentation prepared by third parties, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable regulations
    Support internal teams (development, design, construction) in the definition and optimisation of electrical system design
    Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders to ensure technical consistency and alignment across projects
    Candidate Profile
    Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
    Minimum 5 years of experience in the energy sector, with strong exposure to MV/HV grid connections, preferably within renewable energy projects
    Solid knowledge of the Italian Grid Code and xrdztoy national grid connection technical requirements
    Proficiency with technical tools such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, GIS and other electrical design software
    Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and with external stakeholders
    Valid driving licence
    Fluent Italian and good command of written and spoken English
