At our renowned restaurant, DaV Mare, we bring the essence of piazzetta living to life with exquisite cuisine crafted in collaboration with the esteemed 3-Michelin-star Cerea family.

Imbued with a maritime ambiance, our gem on the Italian Riviera epitomizes the art of Ligurian living in its truest form. Join our dynamic team as a Commis de partie for the upcoming season in spring 2024.

Main duties & responsibilities:

Support meal preparation by cooking and preparing food for each service.
Maintain safety, health, and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of cooking styles, kitchen equipment, and raw material processing techniques.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role within a luxury setting, including school internships.
Culinary degree.
Passion for service and a drive to advance professionally.

Other requirements:

Effective communication skills both verbally and nonverbally.
Display emotional intelligence by understanding and responding to the needs of guests and colleagues.
Adaptability to different situations and willingness to embrace change.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team environment.
HACCP certification.

Start date: March 2024 - End date: January 2025, with opportunities for ongoing collaboration at Splendido and career progression.
Salary according to CCNL standards, including additional payments like 13th and 14th month salary and TFR.
Monthly welfare incentive based on performance targets + welcome bonus.
Accommodation in our staff house with breakfast.
Bus ticket provided for the contract duration; staff canteen access.
