Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Attorney to join our in-house Intellectual Property team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value innovation and product development, closely tied to top management decisions.

• Draft high-quality European and international patent applications, primarily in the mechanical and medical device fields

The successful candidate will have substantial responsibility across the full patent lifecycle, with a particular focus on portfolio management, prior art searches and analysis, EPO prosecution and oppositions, litigation support (both national level in Europe and UPC). They will also contribute to strategic patent portfolio management, including filing strategies, portfolio optimization, and lifecycle management. Additionally they will support IP litigation activities.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified European Patent Attorney

• 5–7 years of professional experience in patent drafting , prosecution ,and portfolio management either in house or private practice
