As HR Operations Specialist, you will support the review and the implementation of People and Organization (P&O) process, acting as main responsible of the execution of all necessary operational steps in the employee cycle.
You will streamline and structure HR Policies in compliance with Italian Labour Law and you will implement P&O projects in line with the P&O Strategy and the Business needs.
You will also function as local anchor for Digital P&O Services (Regional Shared Services team, askHR, Employee Central), as well as for external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of Total Rewards implementation and Mobility.
Moreover, you will support HRBPs for flawless execution of the projects and follow-up of Engagement, Employees Surveys (annual survey Evolve and ad hoc surveys), Wellbeing and D&I programs.
Other Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the effectiveness of all personnel administration processes, in cooperation with our Regional Shared Service Center (RSC) and HRBPs, in particular: hiring, benefits implementation, changes in role/reporting line/compensation, mobility, handle manager requests, welfare, exits and the requirements established by legal Labour authorities, including protected categories requirements, and providing correct advice & support to employees and internal stakeholders on these matters.
- Developing and updating a data base of all employee files, guaranteeing an excellent quality of the data, and ensuring accessibility for all P&O members. You will also assess and improve existing tools, such as Employee Assistant Program.
- Ensuring compliance on the legal topics, agreements renewal, while developing, streamlining, and structuring the HR Policies and Processes according to all the above.
- Coordinate mobility cases to/from Italy.
- Supporting local P&O transformation ensuring all needed HR information is available to all employees and managers. Promote a culture of selfservice on HR solutions. Hold accountable for the constant training of all shared services colleagues.
Your Qualifications
We expect you to have +2 years of experience within HR from various positions, with excellent understanding of people life cycle management (recruitment, mobility, onboarding, ongoing support, payroll, total rewards, termination etc.).
