    The candidate will supervise and develop Third Party Logistics (3PL) and forwarders service level and productivity, in compliance with regulations, company's guidelines and procedures.

    This position reports toWarehouse/Internal Logistics ManagerYour responsibilitiesCollaborate to review and manage 3PL & RDC KPIs and follow up with process improvement plans and for identifying logistics service providers' costs productivity improvements.

    Verify KPIs issued by 3PL and Forwarders.
    Responsible for issue resolutions with the 3PL including service quality, claims (3PL) etc.

    Collaborate to verify that all relevant processes for WH management are in place, controlled and documented (inbound, outbound, storage, stock optimization, picking, packing, counting, etc.).

    Help to ensure continuous review and improvement.
    Control the interfaces between RDC and 3PL/Forwarders. Collaborate for all transportation related plans and processes.
    Verify that the 3PL manage properly the outbound and export documentation. Verify billing and documentation accuracy of 3PL and forwarders.
    Develop effective relationships with the Team, 3PL and Forwarders.
    Prepare proper reporting, also to LP Transport and Logistics.
    Your backgroundDegree in business/logistics management or equivalent with at least 1 year experience in logistics or supply chain management.

    Knowledgeable in logistics operations such as inventory management, process re-engineering as well as measurement and analysis of total supply chain costs.

    Good negotiation skill and experience in dealing with forwarders/3rd-Party Logistics providers.
    Strong analytical skills in both operational and financial matters. Advance excel skill preferred.
    Knowledge on OHS regulations and experience will be preferred.
    Stress-tolerant, good communication skills, result-oriented.
    Fluent spoken and written English is preferred. Fluent Italian mandatory.
