We are looking for a Head of Controlling (M/F/d),

reporting directly to the CFO, to join our team at our Headquarters in Ora/Auer (Bolzano, Italy).

  • Main responsibilities:_
  • Strategic planning and steering of company forecast and budget processes, actively collaborating to meet the company targets
  • Oversee all activities within the Controlling department and leading the different controlling teams and developing the different team members
  • Controlling and coordinating of the ongoing projects, set up of target/actual comparisons and deviation analyzes, (re)calculation of projects and investments
  • Defining, developing and maintaining project KPIs and dashboards
  • Implementing BI systems and robot process automation and AI
  • Acting as real Business Partner for Management Board Members and Executive Directors
  • Project and processes management incl. investment proposals, as well as monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Elaboration of internal reports and costs analyses
  • Adapting the actual internal team structure and processes to a fastgrowing pace environment and set up a further development standards of the team
  • Motivating, managing, and guiding junior controlling managers
  • Foster a positive departmental climate through effective communication, fair treatment, and excellent interpersonal relations
  • Skills and qualifications:_
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting/Business Administration, focused on Controlling
  • At least 10 years' experience in the role of Controlling, ideally in transport and logistics sector
  • You have leadership skills and you have managed people and have communication and organizational skills
  • You have gained some experience in business intelligence and artificial intelligence and robot process automation
  • You have strong organizational, analytical and conceptual skills with a holistic understanding of project management and investment controlling
  • You are familiar with stateofthe art PM tools, as well as the underlying processes (project proposals, reporting, closing, business partnering, performance dialogues)
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and/or German and fluent in English
  • You enjoy working with crossfunctional teams/departments and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders from all hierarchies
  • You are entrepreneurial and eager to transform businesses
