What we look for

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, and/or a Master's Degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply chain management or Statistics;
Minimum 2 years of experience in the role;
Good knowledge of English (both oral and written).
Experience in Sales and Operation demand planning process (S& Op);
Experience in demand forecasting process and tools;
Experience in use of ERP environment (Baan; Sap).
Strong analytical skills and good level of proficiency with Statistical package for forecasting (Logility preferred)
Proficiency with all Microsoft SWs Office automation, particularly Excel and Access.
Previous work experiences in an integrated environment, from design to manufacturing.
Experiences in lean manufacturing is welcome.
Expertise and experience with Project Management, Problem Solving and Team Development
Expertlevel communication (presentation, verbal, written) skillsset Qualifications include previous experience in inventory or production planning, as well as knowledge of process improvement and future fulfillment strategies. Because this occupation develops future inventory planning, marketing and economic knowledge is also required to properly plan needed inventory levels.

Metalmechanic
- analysis of historical variances, trends and revenue changes
- evaluation of expected future activities of products
- planning inventory needs to fulfill the future demand
- collaborate the monthly Sales Demand forecast with the Sales team
- definition of quantity and financial forecast
- upload of future demand in ERP, to drive Production Planning and Material Procurement
- drive the Demand Planning and Supply Planning monthly review meetings
- participation to the launch of new products and the phase-out of old ones
- evaluation of adequate material parameters (SS, MOQ, RP, flag, kanban qty, etc)
- implementation of the Plan for Every Part
- report of forecast and inventory KPIs
- definition of action plans to improve results and reduce costs It is required a professional knowledge of forecasting process and procedure, MPS, MRP, forecasting tools and computer programs.
