The People & Culture Specialist is responsible for payroll process activities for several countries and supports the HR Manager in all aspects of the employment lifecycle in the countries of responsibility

YOUR TASKS:
Bachelor in Economics, Sociology, Political Science; Further training as HR Specialist would be considered a plus; Qualified training and experience in Payroll in companies or in consultancy firms; 1-3 years generalist experience in Human Resources working in an international environment; Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a benefit; Excellent IT skills (MS Office esp. Excel, Experience with Success Factors is a benefit); Affinity to numbers and a high demand on quality; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Enjoy working in a team and in a dynamic, international environment.
