Webuild is looking for an Intern to join our Operational Excellence - Lean Construction team.


Working within the Operational Excellence - Lean Construction team, you will be responsible for supporting business leaders from all functions in addressing strategic projects the company.


Activities:


  • Identification and extension of "best practices" in project management
  • Identification and design of operational solutions aimed at continuous improvement
  • Supporting the development and updating of the corporate regulatory system
  • Contribution to digital innovation initiatives

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in: Engineering or business/scientific disciplines
  • Interest in the area of large infrastructure projects
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (work proficiency)
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package (Excel and Powerpoint)

Nice to have:

  • Previous study or work experience in international environment
  • Previous internship experience in strategic consulting firm
