Position Summary
We are currently looking for a _Audience & Insight Specialist _to join the Business Transformation Team
As _Audience & Insight Specialist _you will support the team to respond the clients' issues related to _Audience Intelligence_, _Audience segmentation_ _and activation_, _measurement studies.
_As
Audience & Insight Specialist, you will:
Support brand such as Nike, Amazon, Deliveroo, LEGO, MaxMara and many others;
Develop audience segmentation, consumer analysis and measurement study;

Help the team in sketching and developing innovative solutions;

Collect and Analyze data;:

Share your thoughts and present your ideas;
- Create
info
visualizations that communicate your findings in a dynamic way;
Deliver
presentation for internal and external meetings
REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor /Master degree (Economics, Marketing, Math & Statistics, Social Sciences, but all others considered);
- Keen
curiosity about marketing, digital, and innovation; - Comfortable in manipulating and presenting data and insights
- Strong
problem solving skills and a
solid
numerical foundation: - Great command with
Excel and powerpoint: - Proficiency in
English and
Italian in writing and speaking;
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in defining, segmenting or activating audiences
- Knowledge of statistical tools such us Statista, Gretl, SPSS, R
- Knowledge of media tools such as Nielsen Media Impact, TSSP Sinottica, Global Web Index, Sentiment Analysis
- Understanding of data platform, data activation

- 1 to 2 year of experience
- Motivated individual with an cando attitude
- Highly analytical with strong problemsolving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
