We're looking for an exceptional and passionate Customer Experience Team Lead to help us grow and develop our Global Customer Experience Team.- You will manage a diverse, multilingual team ensuring they are not just hitting KPIs but empowered deliver world-class support partners users.
- You oversee daily operations drive high-performance culture within your team department supporting them achieve their KPIs goals.
- You proactively manage team schedules monitor real-time workloads optimise staffing ensure efficient service levels balanced performance across Global Customer experience team.
