We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our Boutique in Venice, who will contribute to the organization and operational management of the store by supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals.

In particular, the Sales Assistant will be in charge of:

Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy.
Promoting the achievement of assigned targets, guiding sales operations and ensuring that both customer service and the selling ceremony are compliant with company guidelines, with the aim of providing all customers with a special experience.
Ensuring that high standards are maintained through a correct implementation of the Visual Guidelines.
Enriching its presence in the Boutique through a careful interpretation of the Herno style, ensuring a continuous update on products and new collections for the team and themselves.
Ensuring that the retail operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ are respected.
Maintain the sales floor and visual display to a high standard in line with brand guidelines.
Consolidate and develop CRM activity and client portfolio.
Ensure customer satisfaction resolving customer problems by suggesting optimal solutions.

Profile:

The ideal profile has a deep knowledge of the fashion industry and luxury sector and has passion, curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion.
To be successful in this role, applicants must have organizational skills, attention to detail and high flexibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Italian is required; the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.
