Position Summary Dana is looking to hire a skilled and motivated Gears and shafts specialist to insert in Rivoli LV Desing Team to be part of design team.
Job Requirements Education:
University master degree - Mechanical Professional Background Preferred experience in gears and shaft design roles Preferred experience in gears and shaft manufacturing process Preferred experience in analytical and FEM analysis Hard Skills Essential Preferred experience in mechanincal construnctions and transmission design with particular focus on gears and shafts Knowledge of material and manufacturing process Preferred experience in simulations ( analytical and FEM) Preferred automotive development process knowledge ( design and validation phases, from design to serier components process...) Proficient in both English and Italian Considered as a plus Able to take decisions to define best technical solution with limit direct resposnable supervision 2 D and 3 D skills Knowlenged of coating proceese and benefits Knowledge of particular surface proccese ( ex.
Shot peening) and benefits Soft Skills Stakeholder management Ability to communicate and effectively Sound analytical and organizational skills with ability to prioritise effectively Forward-thinking and results-driven Able to work under pressure
