    Your Tasks

    • Define and manage the editorial calendar for the company's Instagram and Facebook accounts, ensuring consistency with brand tone and marketing priorities.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of social content, reporting key insights and optimizing future activities accordingly.
    • Support SEO optimization and website content management, including oversight of the privacy policy and CMS tools (e.g. PIM, GRIP).
    • Manage the content for newsletters, coordinating with the CRM and e-commerce teams to align messaging and performance goals.
    • Develop the TikTok editorial calendar and lead the collaboration with the creative agency on content creation (live, shoppable content, follower acquisition campaigns, affiliate activities).
    • Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure TikTok strategy aligns with commercial priorities and performance objectives.
    • Analyze quantitative data related to TikTok content and shop performance to identify improvement opportunities and maximize results.
    Your Profile
    • BA or MA Degree in Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
    • 4 years experience in digital content strategy or social media; experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus.
    • Previous exposure to managing TikTok or short-form video content strategies is strongly preferred.
    • Strong analytical mindset and a passion for content marketing and digital platforms.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners (e.g., creative agencies).
    • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and basic CMS platforms is a plus.
    • Native Italian speaker, with fluent English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.

You will be responsible for defining and executing content strategies across multiple platforms, supporting SEO and web operations, and managing Social channels in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders across all Beiersdorf brands and whole Southern Europe region.
