- Business needs collection and definition;
- Project presentation ensuring an effectively buy-in of the main stakeholder and end-users;
- Propose new ideas and suggest new business solutions for both short and long term;
- Collaborate in the implementation of new initiatives and/or projects at regional and global level;
- Lead the implementation of key business tool designed for Client Advisors and Store manager, being the main point of reference from Global side;
- Collaborate in planning and prioritizing the functionalities, and follow the project schedule
- University degree
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous fashion retail experience and passion for retail dynamics and processes;
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluency in English required
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong project management/organization skills
- Analytical capabilities and numeric aptitude
- Teamwork approach critical - role requires ability to build strong relationships with functional team partners
- Ability to work in fast paced environment;
- Experience working in multicultural environments
- Availability for travelling
