Job Description:


  • Create new content for Upsell processes along each segment Customer Journey
  • Keep existing content up to date
  • Coordinate with CM Specialists worldwide to meet company KPI

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year experience in Content Creation, preferably in an international environment
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
  • Proven capability to communicate in English (B2+)
  • Capability to meet deadlines and work with KPIs
  • Crosscultural communication skills and adaptive thinking
  • Based in Rome
  • Hubspot knowledge
  • Appcues/Beamer or other In-App Messaging tool knowledge
