Descrizione
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing team with the implementation of the annual Marketing, keeping
allocated.
- Support all gold, silver and local campaigns with a 360 approach, making sure the marketing
- Ensure the creation of new or updated brand collateral for all properties in the region.
- Assist with the productions of all photo & video shootings and responsible for image libraries.
- Ensure hotels websites are updated with relevant and current information, monitor
- Provide content and ideas for direct and electronic mailings, both to consumers and travel
- Maintain and build regular communication with colleagues in the field, including General
the overall business strategies.
- Collaborate proactively with corporate head office in rolling out Brand programs and initiatives
- Cooperate with the Sales, Groups other departments in Milan, brainstorming and aligning on
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
- Communicate relevant information to the department and ensure that the Divisional Brand
- Report any problems/complaints to the Divisional Brand Director.
- Attend departmental or Company meetings as required.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure good communication and offer support
- Assist in the learning and development of colleagues as required.
- Attend all learning and development courses as and when required.
Requirements:

- Luxury brand sensibility: in terms of content, visuals, copy and client experience

- Strong problemsolving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage details through to
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Competent in Microsoft suite (mail, calendar, drive sharing, excel, power point and word
