Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant with proven interest and hands-on experience in 3D genome biology to join the Bienko Group. Your mission will be to investigate the spatial organization of chromatin-associated RNAs and proteins in the human cell nucleus and their role in gene regulation and cellular physiology.Qualifications
- Degree in Biomedicine, Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Genomic Sciences, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with oligo-based DNA/RNA FISH techniques and/or 3D genomics methods
- Basic knowledge of Python, MATLAB, R, or similar programming languages
- Fluency in written and spoken English
