    Join the Rockwool team as a Customer Service intern and support our sales order processing for Rockfon customers.

    Your Role

    • Analyze customer orders for validation: product quantities, lead times
        Entry into SAP system;
        Apply pricing policy with sales team when required;
    • Cross-check product availability with factories/suppliers;
        Send orders for preparation and follow up logistics/transport with 3rd party providers/internal logistics teams;
    • Contact external/Internal contracts by phone/mail regarding queries/orders/receipts/documentation/file archives/rules compliance;
