We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.


Job purpose


The HRP Specialist will be part of the Italian HR & Payroll Team from our office in Katowice and will assist with the processing of payroll-related work for client companies.

The HRP Specialist will be expected to make a significant individual contribution, be self-motivated and liaise with the team and manager concerning their allocated clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Mandatory communications with Employment Office for new hires/terminations/contractual changes;
  • Maintains employee's information in the payroll software in a timely manner;
  • Manage time and attendance data input in the payroll software in a timely manner;
  • Processing of monthly payroll
  • Execution of set of checks and validation before final version in a timely manner;
  • Execute payments through different channels;
  • Generating the set of monthly /annual reports for each client;
  • Manage the TMF portal or other IT tools to exchange input/output information
  • Access client area of pension and health funds to process the employee information;
  • Ad hoc projects.

Key Requirements:


  • Working knowledge of Italian (B

  • Working Knowledge of English (B

  • Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • 2 years' experience in similar Role
