Development and implementation of promotional materials.

Implementation of multi-channel solutions including digital, mailings & newsletter, media & PR activities for all customers in line with the strategic plan and compliance.

Creation of programs and tactics customized for different customer groups including HCPs, patients, patient associations and media. Manage specific Marketing projects defined in the Integrated brand plan.

Manage other key processes related to the management of the brand:

Development of key product assumptions in the different indications in terms of projected epi data, market and patient share, treatment duration, etc.

Preparation of sales forecast and financial plan and volume allocated monitoring in order to avoid products stock out and to maximize forecast accuracy.

Organization and attendance local and international congresses and other relevant events. Building solid relationship with internal and external stakeholders and agencies. Manage the documental and operational activities needed to implement the marketinginitiatives. Ensure planning and budgetary control of all marketing activities.

Collaborate with Rare Marketing Lead, V&A Lead and Medical Lead on key projects to grow Takeda visibility and generate value added services for the physicians.

Collect data, conduct analysis and provide insights to enable refinement of communication and services.

SKILLS and CAPABILITIES Education and

Experience:
University degree (marketing, science preferably)

Experience:
from 1 to 4 years in marketing specific role.

From 2 to 5 years in related experience - commercial excellence role in pharmaceutical industry or consultant in primary consultancy firms in team dedicated to pharmaceutical industry and/or healthcare providers or OCE role in pharmaceutical industry.

Rare diseases specific experience will be a plus. Fluent written & spoken English.
