As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their locationDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripheralsInstall, configure, and maintain hardware and software systemsParticipate in project rollouts and deploymentsMaintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipmentCommunicate effectively with clients, team members, and managementBe part of usHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
