Today we are looking for a Pricing & Revenue Management Junior Analyst, willing to join the Commercial function and particularly the team in charge of dynamic pricing and revenue optimization across all Costa fleet and markets.


Key responsibilities:
For his/her assigned ships and programs, perform big data analysis to:

  • gain a deep understanding of the price elasticity and the support of an advanced scientific tool
- have a solid awareness of the forecast of the demand, to contribute to revenue maximization proposing price steering and promotion on each customer segment

  • Study business environment and monitor competition to support the definition of pricing positioning for Costa's product across worldwide markets and available sales channels
  • Define allocation of cabins and seats capacity across different itineraries and products
  • Contribute to the successful implementation and use of our pricing optimization tool
  • Interact on a daily basis with Inventory, Pricing, Planning and Data Science teams, opening the view and involvement in ongoing innovation projects
  • Trainee's experience or applied project study in pricing and revenue management, involving global companies and scenarios.
  • Master's degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics (or other studies with significant numerical background)
  • Data driven approach to decision making and complex problem solving, combined with business sense and commercial awareness
  • Optimistic and enthusiastic approach with high resilience to risks, challenges and pressure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong entrepreneurial attitude
  • High proficiency in Excel, quantitative tools and Power Point
  • Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level is required)
  • Focus on promoting openness and transparency.
  • Passion for learning and researching, being open to welcome feedback and others' ideas.

Here we accurately analyze the market, forecast the demand and execute our price positioning, But we also do our best to innovate models and tools to significantly reduce margin errors.


We'll then be able to run our Ships full while delivering the profitability that will sustain a significant growth for our stockholders, thanks to a synergic relationship with all other business units.


At Revenue Management dept we also define the itineraries for our fleet and the shore excursions, both are key matters to make our product appealing and unique.
