We're searching a
Customer Service of Service Development team. He/She will collaborate with FPT internal departments and external companies as dealers, customers and partners.

Job location and organization:

Period of supply: 6 months from PO (started)

Workplace:
FPT Industrial plant Turin, Italy
Presence: 50% in office, 50% remote working.

Travel:
maximum 1 trip/month in Italy or European Countries.

Department:
Customer service - Service development

Role:
Connected and Non connected Services development

Responsibilities:

He/She will be assigned to:
Perform periodical analysis and reports of Services sales trend of dealer network and OEM.
Highlight critical situation and collaborate on a recovery plan definition.
Collaborate on the definition of new business strategy
Support the development and execution of specific marketing initiatives such as: special
promo or marketing campaign, defining terms and conditions and providing active contribute
on communication/advertising material development.
Participate to periodical meeting with FPT Partners to develop and increase revenues on
Partnership services.

Qualification and requirements:

Bachelors' degree in marketing, business, supply chain or other relevant program of study.
Experience in Aftermarket and Service business of Engine manufacturer or Automotive
companies.
At least 3 years of experience with large and structured companies.
Knowledge of Engine manufacturer/Automotive top player's best practice in Service
development.
Fluent in oral and written English.

Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Ability of working independently as well as part of a team
Ability to effectively communicate in Italian and English language
Knowledge of Off-road, Marine and Industrial equipment.
