    About the Role

    • We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to assist customers with their inquiries regarding energy services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Italian.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive experience. Your ability to work independently in a remote setting is also essential. Experience working with CRM software is required.
