We are looking for a
Coordination of Technology and Maintenance to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the
Head of Paintshop.**You will be responsible to ensure Paint shop running and technological evolution.

You will:

Coordinate people who operate in the maintenance and technology area, hierarchically dependent on head of paint shop
Ensure people safety, together with head of paint shop
Strictly monitor the performances of the maintenance service provider from all point of view. Update and integration of technical requirements for service provider contract.
Strictly monitor the performances of the technical cleaning provider from all point of view. Update and integration of technical requirements for service provider contract.
Ensure proper activities running to guarantee the paint shop continue to follow rules and laws; avoid any risk for Lamborghini people or stakeholders on site related to machines and equipment (business continuity).
Ensure maintenance engineering and continuous improvement about energy, quality (related to machines), equipment reliability and waste (water, emissions)
Coordinate people who work for technological evolution in terms of new installation and/or improvement of the existing ones
Evaluate and compensate any possible risk of the equipment, building and machines
Be responsible for technology budget, maintenance activities, technical cleaning and investment
Spare parts mngt. Planning, control, stock definition about spare parts
Audit related preparation: monitor and proactive intervention for continuous improvement to guarantee compliance of the factory

About you

University Degree in Mechanical, Computer, Electric or Automation Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in automotive or complex and structured plant.
