Position Overview:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Project Coordinator Intern.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in coordinating project activities, managing timelines, providing customer support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The internship aims to transition into a permanent full-time role based on performance and suitability.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate solution designers to ensure streamlined project execution.
• Assist in managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide excellent customer support, handling inquiries and issues effectively.
• Collaborate in collecting, analyzing, and designing project requirements in coordination with the IT team and clients.
• Assist in prototyping electronic Case Report Forms (eCRF) to meet project specifications.
• Support in conducting functional tests on eCRFs to ensure functionality.
• Participate in managing and dispatching customer tickets, ensuring prompt resolution.

Requirements and Expected Skills:

• Passion for project management and resource coordination.
• Interest in clinical trials and protocols with the ability to understand and interpret them.
• Strong planning and relational skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within the team and with clients.
• Certification or knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is a plus, particularly for those interested in the healthcare department.
