    Blue Yonder WMS experience of high interest.
    Key Responsibilities
    Oversee solution implementation to ensure alignment between initial business requirements and final system delivery.
    Lead and coordinate internal functional testing and user acceptance validation activities.

    Define, document, and maintain solution design artefacts, ensuring traceability across requirements and change requests in collaboration with development, IT, and operational stakeholders.

    Provide support to operational teams in understanding system capabilities and process implications.
    Act as the main liaison between software delivery teams and business operations, facilitating prioritisation and decision making.

    Deliver WMS solutions across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional and integration testing, user acceptance, cut over, go live, and post implementation support.

    Identify functional gaps and contribute to the evaluation of proposed solution designs.
    Log system defects, support issue investigation, and assist with resolution through structured root cause analysis.
    Collaborate with engineering and process stakeholders to refine functional specifications and support process improvement initiatives.
    Monitor project progress and produce reporting aligned with defined performance indicators.
    Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
    Requirements
    Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
    Demonstrated experience within supply chain or logistics environments.
    Practical experience working with WMS platforms, with exposure to Blue Yonder considered advantageous.
    3 to 5 years of experience in software delivery or solution implementation roles.
    Ability to quickly become proficient in new applications or technical environments where required.
    Strong attention to detail and problem solving capability.
    Experience working with and analysing complex datasets from multiple sources.
    Ability to structure and present information clearly for different stakeholder groups.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarise technical topics concisely.
    Experience providing professional support to internal teams and external vendors.
    Ability to manage workload effectively in dynamic, priority driven environments.
    Working knowledge of SQL is essential. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Xray is beneficial.
    Collaborative working style with experience operating across cross functional or geographically distributed teams.
    Professional proficiency in Italian and English. Additional European languages are considered a plus.
