About the Role
Responding directly to Acma Head of Sales you will contribute to the development of a strategy for filling business. Business development manager will is primarily responsible for driving filling business growth.

In this role you will collaborate with R&D department to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, support the generation of new ideas that grow market share, and to improve customer experience.


In particular he/she has to:

  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain, in collaboration with sales department
  • Identifying main market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
  • Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projection
  • Preparing financial projections and sales targets for Filling business division
  • Attending main sector events such as exhibitions and conferences
  • Develop a growth strategy for filling business focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers

What you need to be successful

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales roles or business development roles in Filling sector
  • Engineering University degree
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills with resultoriented mind
  • Positive and dynamic attitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
