We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Strategy & Transformation Specialist to join our team in driving strategic initiatives and transformational projects within our pharmaceutical company.

The ideal candidate has a strong consultancy background, a proven track record in strategy and operational transformation, and preferably hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

You will play a key role in shaping and executing critical business strategies that ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute strategic initiatives to drive business transformation and innovation across the organization.
Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization, and propose actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution.
Support senior leadership in market analysis, business case development, and decision-making processes.
Lead or contribute to strategic projects such as portfolio optimization, digital transformation, organizational redesign, and operational improvement programs.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Facilitate workshops and presentations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and drive impactful outcomes.
Support change management efforts, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred).
At least 5 years of professional experience, with a combination of:
Strategy consulting experience.
Corporate strategy, transformation, or project management experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Proven track record of managing and executing strategic projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including key trends, regulatory environment, and market dynamics, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management and analytics tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
