    The Director of Food & Beverage will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our culinary and service offerings. As a senior leader, this individual will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
    • Formulate and oversee annual budgets and monthly forecasts
    • Optimize labor management and control operating expenses
    • Cultivate relationships with local suppliers and industry partners

    We seek an experienced and innovative leader who can drive creativity and innovation while maintaining operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a results-driven work ethic, and a track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing teams.

    What You Bring:

    • 5-7 years of experience in food and beverage department head roles, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
    • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
    • Solid knowledge of food and wine, guest service, cost control, labor control, menu writing, merchandising, and accounting
