Responsibilities:


  • Analyzing the schedule variance, risks, and opportunities to be taken into consideration
  • Providing mitigation plans if required
  • Maintaining the accuracy of project plans according to the installation dates of each project
  • Preparing and presenting data to strengthen the decisionmaking process
  • Coordinating with Logistics team to resolve problems
  • Supporting the Logistics team with inputs
  • Planning and optimization of stock levels and values (based on expected service levels)
  • Monitoring activities and drafting analyses related to warehouse stock and movements
  • Supporting inventory closure activities and the verification of stock flows
  • Support in verifying the accuracy of warehouse accounting flows
  • Constant interface with other business functions (particularly Controlling, Accounting and Procurement) to monitor and share data related to stock levels.
  • Controlling and monitoring of logistics flows and area projects
  • Reporting forecast performances, with deviations' analysis
  • Defining KPIs and monitoring the logistics platform (suppliers/materials)
  • Analysis of changes in material demand patterns
  • Creation of cost optimization plans
  • Analyzing all aspects of logistics supply chain to determine most costeffective and efficient means of work
  • Preparing different scenario planning to evaluate potential options
  • Providing feedback to the line organization on lessons learnt

Qualifications:


  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of economics or engineering
  • Proven working experience in a similar role in the logistics sector for at least 3 years
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or handson experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proactivity and problem solving attitude
  • Ability to work in team
  • Results orientation
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel advanced knowledge
  • Willingness to frequent travels
