JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The resource will be part of R&D Store Engineering Team and individual's primary responsibility will be to manage the take-off (bill of materials ) of all construction projects and all the fixtures inventory lists & catalogue in our systems, at a global level.

The individual will also provide support for the overall R&D team and the Store Design Execution mission, collaborating with global design manager's to help and assist store design layouts creation (fixtures catalogue and coding) and custom fixtures coding (both EMEA and Worldwide).

The resource will also partner with Procurement and Planning team to guarantee sourcing strategy of millwork at a global scale.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
produce Bill of Materials (BOM) for retail projects developed from design team in Milan using

- software, according to company standard procedures
- coordination with Logistics team and Procurement team about BOM to deliver
- reporting and tracking issues with millwork packages delivered on site or warehouse
- coordination with vendors

Support R&D team with 2D fixtures drawings review and development

- create report or presentation
- coordination with vendors
- review and research for materials and samples
- counting stock and keeping inventory records

INTERNAL : R&D team / Design Execution team / PM & Construction / Procurement / Logistics

EXTERNAL :
Millwork vendors /Logistics /others- TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

2D Drawings (AutoCad)
standard use is mandatory

Microsoft Office

Excel in particular
BIM knowledge is a plus
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Educational Background: engineering (civil or management / supply chain / operations management )
