JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an intern who will support in driving large, complex, strategic and innovative digital transformation programs within Luxottica R&D.
The resource should possess great analytical abilities and expert product judgment. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigations.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Support the digital reshaping team in driving digital transformation within the R&D department by introducing innovative technology solutions for services, processes, and people
Support Program Manager in multiple projects by assisting in managing documentation, tracking open actions, conducting ad hoc deep dives to provide data insights useful for decisionmaking, analysing processes to identify critical points and improvement opportunities, and anticipating for risks
Support the team in recommending and executing teamwork improvements
Contribute to the company's digital growth by analyzing and reviewing topend technology and benchmarking against bestinclass companies and trends
